18+ Adults / £1 / Monday 7.00-8.30pm (Men) Wednesday 7-8.30pm (Women)

Come and use our beautiful space to connect with nature amongst some like minded peers. Some of the experiences we will offer include whittling, textile crafting, yoga, singing, cooking, barefoot walking, forest bathing or simply take some time to sit by the campfire, breathe and enjoy a hot cup of tea! There is zero expectation for participation- you do you and use the time and space in the way that best supports your own wellbeing. Time and space for people to talk, create a sense of belonging, support each other and maybe engage in an experience on offer.

Sessions take place at our 3.5 acre private woodland site in Follifoot near Harrogate. You can find our address and directions here.

These sessions are run by BOTF staff kindly volunteering their time hopefully with some special guests along the way.

Men, please just turn up. No need to book. Women, please book to give us an idea of how many people to expect. It is just a £1 investment to cover basic costs such as tea/coffee.

1 in 4 people will be affected by mental illness at some point during their lifetime. Statistics also show that mental health issues are more common, long-lasting and impactful than other health conditions. Spending time in nature is a great way to support mental health, as it can boost mood and decrease stress.
